All of a sudden your plate is empty and you don’t even realize it! -Standing and eating food out of containers while you eat is another bad habit. Studies indicate you eat up to 50% more than those who sit at a table eating off a regular plate. Apparently standing while eating feels more like “just a snack” which is not as satisfying.
